Shipping policy

►Processing time is 5 - 7 calendar days unless we have a high volume of orders then its 7-10 calendar days

►We Offer FREE SHIPPING in the US for orders of $45 or more

►Domestic Confirmation number will be provided once shipped

► If Package is damaged during shipping, send me pictures of damaged box and all items in the box. I can file a claim for damaged items since I initiated the mailing. If the Post Office reimburses, then I will reprocess your order for the damaged items only and ship to you.

►Lost Packages -->As much as I hate it, I have no control over the package once I drop it off at the Post office. With Priority mail shipping, your order is insured up $100. The first step in tracking a lost package is to ask your carrier to provide a GPS Trace. I can't accept responsibility for lost packages once it is in the hands of the US Postal Service but I will absolutely work with you to help track it after the GPS trace. You as the recipient have to be the one to file a claim but I will without hesitation assist where I can.
